Seattle, WA – November 9, 2021 — EZRaider Co. (OTC PINK: EZRG) (“EZRaider” or the “Company,”) is pleased to announce a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $2.9 million with ‘EZRAIDER Hawaii’ for 300 EZRaider vehicles to be delivered between the fourth quarter of 2021 and the fourth quarter of 2022.
EZRaider is the exclusive importer and distributor in the United States of electric-powered, tactical manned vehicles, known as “EZRaider vehicles” and manufactured in Israel by D.S Raider Ltd. EZRAIDER Hawaii will be the exclusive reseller of EZRaider vehicles for the State of Hawaii for the term of the agreement.
